Games and Gadgets (few Gizmos as well)

Here is a list of what I think are some "Must Haves" for boomers trying to understand gamers or for instructional designers trying to develop instruction for the gamer generation. You need to check out at least six or seven of these items to really understand the shift in thinking that is going on.

The list contains some of what I consider "best in class" for providing examples of certain genres or certain types of games, as you play them, think about how you can design your own instruction to take advantage of some of what these games have done extremely well.

I've also included some gadgets that you should have and play with if you want to understand the gamers love of gadgets and how powerful some of these devices can be

I have divided the list by PC Games, Platform Games and Gadgets and Gizmos. Enjoy.
