Kickstarter Campaign: Day Two–The Make/Play Revolution

The kickstarter campaign that we have started for 2K Learning is for implementation of an exciting curriculum to provide students with hands-on learning opportunities coupled with a video game to reinforce and help teach the concepts of motion and force.

We’ve had great reach so far but now we are looking for more, we are looking for a commitment from folks to help fund our pilot implementation of the curriculum. Teachers and students will benefit from the innovative curriculum.

So what does your pledge of $100, $190 or $300 actually provide. The answer is the following:

When you sponsor our project you are providing:

  • Support to teachers in the form of webinars, professional development tools and phone support.

  • Building the research base of the project and making the final project teacher-informed

  • Funding the labor and software effort to role out innovative play/make curriculum to teachers who sign up for participation in this project via this Kickstarter campaign
  • A pledge provides funding to make a hands-on, video game curriculum possible and to further learning in the area of critical STEM concepts.

Our goals are to make learning engaging, enticing and meaningful through experiences that drive students to dig deep into instructional experiences.

Please do what you can to back us today. (It can be as little as $5).

Go to ROV Commander Play/Make STEM Learning for 8th Grade and make a pledge. No pledge too small or too big. We need your help. Don’t wait, act today.
